SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified by customer. If you need next day air, 2nd day air, etc., please contact us at (562) 634-3434 with your shipping preference. Shipping charges and a $5.00 handling fee will be added to your order. All shipping charges will be calculated after you have placed your order. These charges are based on delivery options, the size and weight of the items and insurance and cannot be estimated at the time of order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international freight charges will be calculated after you have placed your order. All duty and tax charges will be calculated and collected at time of delivery and cannot be estimated by Panterasbywilkinson.com. A $5.00 handling fee will be added to your order. Fraud Prevention - All international customers are required to provide additional identification for your protection. Please fax a copy of one of the following forms of identification. A valid passport, credit card statement (with sensitive information blackened out), a paid utility bill or any other statement displaying your name and billing address.
